Growing up, I was blessed to have a father who showed me what it is like to be present not only for the family but also for our community. He literally passed me the torch on being a gentleman, a torch I’ve been passing down to my younger brother EJ since he was born.

The men in my life have shaped who I am. They helped me navigate through obstacles I wouldn’t be able to face by myself. They inspired me to tap into my best self.

I’ve spent the last 5+ years researching, reflecting on my own experiences, and building relationships with men focused on reaching their highest potential to create Excellence in Every Thread: A holistic book for the millennial man—a blueprint for the modern man of today.

Because my community has taught me what it means to embody Excellence in Every Thread, my mission has always been to empower and motivate young boys and men to do things at high levels. The key is creating safe spaces to enable breakthroughs within your legacy.

This guide is my love letter to every man seeking guidance, support, and self-love. I am confident that after reading these pages, you’ll feel equipped to tap into your best self.

You are the future of gentlemen in every shape and form. I want you to know you’re not alone. Even when it seems like you don’t have the answers you’re looking for, there is always a way to get them.  The number one lesson I’ve learned is that you don’t need to have it all figured out to manifest your dreams.
